A small studio producing big lols.

PaperJam Print Co. began in 2014 with all of the gear and no idea. When I say all of the gear, I mean I have a background in graphic design (and a shiny degree to prove it), and i’m happy to say that the no idea part has improved dramatically over the years. From a handful of funny greeting card designs, some of which are still best sellers, I went on to develop over 100 card designs as well as wrapping paper, notepads, prints, gift tags and gift sets.

You can purchase a selection of my cards via Thortful, where I have had success with several bestselling designs and have sold over 60,000 cards to date. A couple of my designs have prominently featured in Thortful’s 2020 & 2021 Valentine’s Day TV adverts, which i’m immensely proud of.

A bit about me

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always had a passion for art and design and decided in my teens that I wanted to be a graphic designer. In 2001 I graduated with a graphic design degree then decided to travel Down Under. It was New Zealand where I began my design career. Using grit, determination and some British charm, I landed a position as a junior graphic designer at Auckland University. On returning to the UK, I gained experience working at several agencies, both nationwide and local to Cumbria. Following redundancy from a senior graphic design role in 2008, I set up my own freelance design company and a few years later, set up the PaperJam Print Co. Etsy store.

When i’m not laughing at my own jokes, I can be found at home with my 2 children and 1 cat (who thinks she is human), eating ice-cream and watching Netflix.
